Note: If you choose “small packet air”(US) it does NOT include tracking. Road Dog Supply Co. can’t be responsible for lost orders with no tracking so use your discretion when choosing shipping options.

While we have zero control over the shipping rates (but promise to pack as affordably as possible) we do now accept orders from both Canada and the United States.

IF you are located in a country we currently don’t serve and would like to place an order, please reach out to us via email and we’ll figure out a way with you to process your order on a per order basis.

All shipping fees are offered at best rate available for the destination and calculated directly from Canada Post. If you have any questions regarding shipping fees, please shoot us a message and we’ll do our best to help.

For exchanges or refunds(if approved) all items must be in original condition, including any tags and not laundered.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item’s refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as we will send you a shipping label. Please contact us directly with your request and for further instructions.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping a return item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We can not offer refunds on digital products or gift cards.
