Episode 193 - That One Time On Tour w/ Nick Sauter (Cadet Carter) TOTOT Podcast

Today on the program, I got to sit down and chat with my buddy Nick from the awesome band, Cadet Carter.

Cadet Carter hails from Germany and I met Nick when they sponsored an episode about a year or so ago. I immediately fell in love with his band, and after many failed attempts and scheduling conflicts…I finally got him on the show.

We had an awesome chat and I think you are really going to dig it. It’s always cool to get the perspective of musicians and bands from different corners of the planet.

And of course, the soon to be revamped:

as well as
Listen to the new Fire Sale release, "A Fool's Errand": https://orcd.co/afoolserrand
and Their Spotify:

Their singles, "Dark Hearts" & “Mercy Brown” are currently available everywhere….
On all the traditional music streaming platforms, YouTube, Much Music, MTV, your local public library (*possibly), backstreet speakeasies, and that one cool record store your town had that actually closed a year ago. Still, you didn’t notice because no one goes out and buys music anymore they just talk about how much they support it, blasting from all your idols, heroes, mentors and gods driving your dream car giving you the finger as they cut you off, several copies have been sent out into other galaxies( -prove it didn’t happen..), greeting cards no one knows what to do with after they’ve been given because they look expensive, Napster, limewire, Myspace, independently run angelfire and geocities fan pages, rare import bootlegs, dark ally dive bars, the BBC, CBC, FOX News, boats, hostage negotiation loud speakers, build-a-bears, barn yards, backyards coast to coast across this beautiful nation you call “____”, malls, anywhere the cool kids who are in the “know” are….
EV
RY
WHERE.

Basically, if you haven’t been listening to and following Fire Sale you’ve been living under a rock (not the cool kind) and mustn’t have any friends…..which is sad although just another reason to go check them out now. Then you’ll have something to talk about once you find (*abduct) some.

Worst case scenario, it’s the perfect soundtrack to crying yourself to sleep in the dark alone because no one cares about your feelings.,

And how about Chris's old bands on Spotify…
